Bounce Watch = 2%+ bounce. No campaigns are currently flagged; highest individual rate is 1.25% (Technology — Consolidation and Healthcare — Self-Funded Admin Lift, tied). Human Reply % is per unique contact reached, not per email sent; thresholds: green ≥1.4%, yellow 0.4-1.4%, red <0.4%. Positive % = positive replies ÷ human replies; shown as "n/a" where a campaign has 0 human replies yet. Three qualified leads sit on Healthcare — C3 Prior-Vendor Displacement (12% positive-of-human), Manufacturing — C2 Ease & CSM-Managed (20%), and Professional Services — Trial Access Test (33%, on 3 human replies). Human Reply % skews yellow/red across the whole program this pull (10 yellow, 3 red, zero green) — Hospitality/Retail's Myers Opener comes closest at 1.38%, just under the green line; the program overall (0.61%) still clears the >0.5% goal under this framing. No campaign roster changes since the last pull; 13 active campaigns across 6 verticals.
Vs. industry benchmark · Smartlead State of Cold Email 2026 H1, compared 2026-07-28
Beating it: deliverability decisively (0.89% bounce vs Smartlead's 1.54% typical), and the Healthcare C5 personalization lift (~2x Control) matches Smartlead's own personalization research. Trailing it: overall reply rate runs about 40% behind typical (187 contacts per human reply vs Smartlead's typical of 135). Most of that gap concentrates in our two biggest lists, Healthcare C3 and C4, which are also our weakest converters (213-222 contacts/reply) despite carrying the most volume, the same "bigger list isn't better" pattern Smartlead's data warns against.
LinkedIn outreach · new channel, manually tracked
LinkedIn outreach is a newly-added channel, tracked manually and not yet folded into the email volume or reply-rate goals above. Connections sent updated to 436 (2026-09-15); accepted (42) and replies (15) are still carried forward from Sep 11, pending fresher counts on those two.
Meta Ads · new channel, manually tracked
| Ad | Spend | Reach | Impressions | Clicks | Leads | Cost/Lead | Post Engagements |
| Leads Ad (since Sep 2) | $181.49 | 1,550 | 2,603 | 112 | 17 | $10.68 | 73 |
| Engagement Ad (since Aug 26) | $83.28 | 2,904 | 4,003 | 207 | 1 | $83.28 | 311 |
| Total | $264.77 | 4,373 | 6,606 | 319 | 18 | $14.71 | 384 |
Meta Ads is a new paid channel, tracked manually from Ads Manager and not yet folded into the email/LinkedIn goal bars above. Two ads are running with different objectives: the Leads Ad (started Sep 2) is the lead-gen driver at $10.68/lead; the Engagement Ad (started Aug 26, a week earlier) is optimized for post engagement, not leads — its 1 lead is incidental, and its real KPI is 311 of the program's 384 total post engagements, which is why its cost-per-lead ($83.28) reads high relative to the Leads Ad. Leads Ad pipeline breakdown: 0 Intake, 12 Unqualified, 4 Qualified, 2 Converted — both converted leads have already booked and completed a demo, a 16.7% conversion rate to date, at $90.75 cost per converted (Leads Ad spend ÷ 2, since the Engagement Ad's incidental lead didn't feed this pipeline).
Where things stand: volume sits at 10,102 of the 15,000 monthly prospect target across six verticals (67%; Logistics and Financial Services both still have zero active campaigns), with deliverability healthy program-wide (0.89% bounce, zero campaigns flagged). Three qualified leads are at interested stage: Healthcare C3 Prior-Vendor Displacement, Manufacturing C2 Ease & CSM-Managed, and Professional Services — Trial Access Test. Human replies stand at 62, which is 0.61% of the 10,102 contacts reached, clearing the >0.5% goal; Healthcare's C5 Personalization Test Variant continues to run roughly 2x Control. Separately, the SURBL blocklist issue (first flagged mid-July) is now on day 60 with zero clearing, flat at 26 of 35 sending domains listed since 9/09; most flagged mailboxes continue sending on a health-score basis while we work with our infrastructure vendor toward resolution, past all three of the vendor's original timelines with no new ETA given. LinkedIn outreach: 436 connections sent, 42 accepted (10% acceptance), and 15 replies, still no meetings booked (accepted/replies as of 9/11, awaiting Kyle's next count). New this pull: Meta Ads, tracked manually — $264.77 spent across a Leads Ad and an Engagement Ad, 18 total leads ($14.71 CPL), 4 qualified and 2 already converted (booked + completed a demo, 16.7% conversion, $90.75 cost per converted).
